Tuesday, June 29th, 2010A couple of weeks ago when I had the opportunity to attend a workshop given by the amazingly talented Kamee June, I had no idea what to expect for the day. I went there knowing I would learn a lot but I came away with so much more! The day was transformative for me in so many ways and not only did I learn a ton but I also came away with so many new friends. Being around such amazing peers made the day so much more special. Many thanks go out to Kamee who was our fearless leader for the day! She was flanked by her two brilliant sidekicks and workshop coordinators, Amanda Schiavi and Joy Grainger. When we arrived at the workshop we were given super cute packets that were loaded with tons of information, thanks to the wonderful Bethany Graham. The workshop took place at Kamee’s home and it was decked out with “Kamee June” personalized touches from the creative Shannon Eberhardt. After spending the morning going over the “technical side of things” we headed out for a photo session at the Chino Airport. Many thanks go out to the airport for hosting us and also allowing us to shoot around the airport and at Flo’s Restuarant. I must also give a big thanks to Flo herself who let us take over her restaurant and turn it in to a steamy photo session for a brief moment! Once we arrived at our shoot we had the opportunity to meet our models for the day and let me tell you, these two were fabulous! This couple really knew how to work it for the camera and made shooting them simply easy and perfect. When you see their photos below you will know exactly what I mean. A huge thanks goes out to Kara Keough (YES, the one and only from the Real Housewives of Orange County) and her main man Kyle Bosworth! The two of them were styled by the super talented team of Katrina Kirk and Diana Lopez. I am so happy and thankful that I was able to attend this workshop and I was truly inspired by everyone there that day! Thank you again so much Kamee, the day was perfect!!! xoxo
Los Angeles Children’s Photographer | The DiLeva’s Urban Photo Shoot
Monday, June 28th, 2010When I got together with these two guys a couple of weeks ago for an urban photo session, things turned out to be fun and crazy! There were times I didn’t think my shutter speed on my camera would be fast enough to keep up with their antics and playfulness. I had been wanting to shoot down at this warehouse and I was so excited that they were up for the session and that everything went so well. I love the textures of the building and all of the different colors of the area and I think the boys look so awesome being photographed there! Casi, thank you so much chicky for meeting up with me that day, I had a blast with Cooper and Jackson!

Saturday, June 26th, 2010This morning I caught up with 3 awesome women for a photo shoot! For Mother’s Day, Cynthia and Betsy wanted to surprise their mom Linda with a photo session for the three of them. We had a great time shooting and I had to share this quick teaser from their session. As we were leaving for our cars I couldn’t resist taking a few shots of Betsy’s daughter with the dandelions – Isabella is just so cute and the last photo of her is one of my favorites!!!

Wednesday, June 23rd, 2010Last night I had the best time hanging out with one of the cutest couples! They are expecting their baby girl in just a few weeks and so they came over to the studio for a maternity photo shoot! We had so much fun, laughed and took a ton of photos. Jennifer by the way was up for pretty much anything, so I was able to get some REALLY cute photos of them! Here is a teaser for their sneak peek to come!!! Tuesday, June 22nd, 2010The week before last I gave you a teaser of one of my latest newborn photography sessions. Baby Ella was just so sweet and cute and literally slept almost the entire time she was here. I shot a studio session with her and she was absolutely perfect. Her mom sat over on the couch and put her feet up to relax for a while and I did what I was there for! I couldn’t have asked for a more laid back and relaxed shoot! Thank you so much Peggy for bringing her into the studio, can’t wait for her next session! Congratulations once again to you and Robert and the kids!

Los Angeles Family Photographer | Vatavuk Mother’s Day Session
Wednesday, June 16th, 2010A little over a week ago I gave you guys a teaser from the Vatavuk’s session. Cynthia was one of the first people to sign up and take advantage of my Mother’s Day Photo Session special and I am so glad she did. Anton is so fun to photograph and I loved getting together with them for another shoot. I told Cynthia a while back that I wanted the session at the beach and I wanted to add some balloons to the mix. That we did and the session captured so many cute moments! I think one of my favorite photos is the one with Anton and Cynthia watching the seagulls fly by, it’s such a sweet shot of them. Thanks Cyn & Munch!! xoxo
Los Angeles Photographer | Palos Verdes Street Fair 2010
Tuesday, June 15th, 2010I want to send out a HUGE THANKS to everyone who came by and visited our booth this past weekend at the Palos Verdes Street Fair. I especially want to thank all of our friends and family who stopped by the booth, your continuous support means the world to us in this new business venture! The weather was great, there were tons of visitors and my husband and I had so much fun working the booth all weekend. This was our first time having a booth and we were both unsure of how the turn out would be, but to our surprise everything went great and we loved meeting and chatting with all of the people that stopped by to check things out!!!
