Los Angeles Newborn Photographer | Sneak Peek of Little Man Isiah

Wednesday, September 1st, 2010

I have known Isiah’s mom for quite some time, so when I knew she was pregnant I told her she definitely needed to schedule her maternity and newborn sessions with me.  The maternity session was perfect and it was nice getting to meet my girlfriend’s husband.  When it came time for the baby, I was so excited to meet him.  He is such a sweet little guy and he loved the warmth of the studio where he could just stretch out naked and enjoy being comfy.  The last images are with Isiah and his parents and I just love these images the most.  There were some amazing images of the three of them together but as a way of keeping some of the images a surprise, I am leaving those just for the parents to view!  Thank you so, so, much Isiah for spending some time with me.  I can’t wait to watch you grow up!!! xoxo

Los Angeles-South Bay Family Photographer | Rappole Family Sneak Peek

Wednesday, August 11th, 2010

I gave you a small teaser a little bit back from my session with the Rappole Family.  For those that don’t remember, that was the session where we got into a little bit of trouble with the waves.  Glad to say we all survived, but I am not so sure everyone’s shoes lasted!!!  I love the fact that everyone in their family was here together staying by the beach having a family vacation.  Clint was celebrating his 70th birthday and it was so nice to be able to capture these memories for them.  The kids were all so cute and this whole group was a lot of fun to hang out with.  Clint and Leigh had flown in from Texas for the vacation and that made me happy knowing I had a little piece of home there with me at the session even though I had just met them.  Come one come all Rappole family – come check out your sneak peek!!!  Enjoy….

I gave you a teaser two weeks ago of this sweet girl and here is her sneak peek!  Madison came to my studio for her newborn photography session and this baby was beautiful!!!  Her skin is like honey, she’s  just so pretty and she really was a sleeping beauty.  Madison’s mom Mia booked this session with a goal in mind and that was to get birth announcements done for Madison before too much time passed.  We offer a wide variety of custom designed birth announcements and photo cards and the ones that Mia ordered were beautiful.  Thank you so much Mia for bringing Madison down for the shoot, we had a great morning and I loved getting to hang out with you guys!!!  Here is your official sneak peek!

Los Angeles Family Photographer | Garcia, Vatavuk, Vega Mother’s Day Session

Sunday, July 4th, 2010

Getting together with these three ladies for a Mother’s Day photo shoot was so nice.  The location we shot at was so pretty and all of the colors there are so green and vibrant.  I love the gift of a photo session to celebrate Mother’s Day, it captures memories that will last a lifetime and the photos will be appreciated by generations to come.  I know how intrigued I am when someone shows me old photos of great grandparents and family members that are no longer with us.  Even if those in the photos are people I never knew of, the photographs are priceless and I could stare at them for hours.  My parents live in Texas, so I was not able to give this gift to my own mom, but Cynthia and Betsy were able to do this for their mom Linda!  They all showed up looking perfect and it was a great morning for a shoot!  A big thanks to all three of you ladies!!!  Betsy’s daughter Isabella was also there for the shoot.  She was so cute trying to help me out and be the best assistant!  I love the photos I was able to capture of her with the dandelions just as we were wrapping up the shoot.  That sweet girl is just too cute!

Los Angeles Maternity Photographer | Bateman Sneak Peek

Friday, July 2nd, 2010

One of the great things about having my photography business is the opportunity to donate my services as a means of giving back to various groups and organizations for their fundraising events.  One of the events that I have donated to this year was the 3rd Annual Kalaea Christopher Jennings Memorial Event.  This was a fundraising event for First Candle to help in the research and cure for (SIDS) Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.  I donated a portrait package that included a photo session and print to be used in the silent auction.  The couple that bid and won my package are two of the nicest people around.  Jennifer and Matt came in for a maternity photography session since they are expecting a little girl in just a couple of weeks.  This photo shoot was so fun and the two of them were up for anything.  After doing some photos in the studio I then took them outside of the building and we hiked around to different locations to shoot at.  Thank you so much Jennifer and Matt, here is your sneak peek!!!

Los Angeles Children’s Photographer | The DiLeva’s Urban Photo Shoot

Monday, June 28th, 2010

When I got together with these two guys a couple of weeks ago for an urban photo session, things turned out to be fun and crazy!  There were times I didn’t think my shutter speed on my camera would be fast enough to keep up with their antics and playfulness.  I had been wanting to shoot down at this warehouse and I was so excited that they were up for the session and that everything went so well.  I love the textures of the building and all of the different colors of the area and I think the boys look so awesome being photographed there!  Casi, thank you so much chicky for meeting up with me that day, I had a blast with Cooper and Jackson!

Los Angeles Newborn Photographer | Rados Family Sneak Peek

Tuesday, June 22nd, 2010

The week before last I gave you a teaser of one of my latest newborn photography sessions.  Baby Ella was just so sweet and cute and literally slept almost the entire time she was here.  I shot a studio session with her and she was absolutely perfect.  Her mom sat over on the couch and put her feet up to relax for a while and I did what I was there for!  I couldn’t have asked for a more laid back and relaxed shoot!  Thank you so much Peggy for bringing her into the studio, can’t wait for her next session!  Congratulations once again to you and Robert and the kids!

Sunday, June 20th, 2010

I am so excited to show you one of latest images I shot!  Yesterday I had the amazing opportunity to attend a workshop given by the super talented and wildly brilliant Kamee June.  Over the next week I will be doing a blog posting with some of  the images I shot and I will fill you in on all of the information and details from the day.  That being said, I had to give you this quick photo teaser!  FYI, to all of my fellow photographer friends and followers out there, if you can sign up for Kamee’s next work shop – DO IT!!!  You will leave the day feeling full and inspired and loving photography tremendously more than when you walked in the door that morning!  Thank you Kamee! xoxo

Los Angeles Family Photographer | Vatavuk Mother’s Day Session

Wednesday, June 16th, 2010

A little over a week ago I gave you guys a teaser from the Vatavuk’s session.  Cynthia was one of the first people to sign up and take advantage of my Mother’s Day Photo Session special and I am so glad she did.  Anton is so fun to photograph and I loved getting together with them for another shoot.  I told Cynthia a while back that I wanted the session at the beach and I wanted to add some balloons to the mix.  That we did and the session captured so many cute moments!  I think one of my favorite photos is the one with Anton and Cynthia watching the seagulls fly by, it’s such a sweet shot of them.  Thanks Cyn & Munch!! xoxo

Los Angeles Family Photographer | Colette Family Sneak Peek From The Beach

Tuesday, May 25th, 2010

Shortly after I moved in to my studio in April, I received a nice phone call from one of my office neighbors in the building that I had yet to meet.  She was super nice and excited to have some family photos taken.  Once we finally  were able to mesh our schedules and once we had the weather cooperate, we headed to the beach for some photos last week.  Scott and Yesenia are such a cute couple and their son Alessandro is a doll.  I know they are excited for their sneak peek and I am excited to put these up, so here you go!  Thank you again Scott, Yesenia & Alessandro – the session was my pleasure!
